Nutrition

Nutrition is not a diet. It is just the food part of the plan.

The calculator below gives you honest starting numbers: calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and water. Numbers are a starting point, not a sentence. Put your real week in and I will tell you which of these numbers actually matters for you.

Straight answers

Do I have to give up food I love?

No. I am not taking your favorite food away for eight weeks and handing it back in March. We get enough protein and meals you actually like into the week, and we build the rest around that. Food you are white-knuckling is food you will eat in a panic at eleven at night.

I have lost weight and gained it back before. What is different this time?

The plan gets smaller and the accountability gets bigger. Most of what you have tried was built for someone with free time and no stress. We build the version you can still run on a bad week, and I check in when it slips instead of waiting for you to disappear.

Do I have to weigh and track everything forever?

Not forever. Tracking is a teaching tool, not a lifestyle. We use it long enough for you to learn your portions and your triggers, then we move to habits you can run without a scale in your hand.
